Cancellation Policy

We're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. In order to ensure availability and efficient use of our resources, we have established the following comprehensive policy. This policy covers individual sessions, monthly packages, bookings, cancellations, and no-shows, alongside our billing procedures. ***Credit Card on File Requirement*** To schedule any appointment, clients must have a valid credit card on file. This simplifies the billing process for scheduled sessions, late cancellations, no-show fees, and monthly package transactions. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Guidelines: Cancellation Notice Requirement: Clients are required to notify our office at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a therapy session. This enables us to offer the slot to someone on our waiting list. Late Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost, charged to the credit card on file. No-Show Charges: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a charge of the full session fee to the credit card on file. Early and Late Booking Limits: Clients can book appointments up to 1 week in advance and no later than 24 hours before the session start time. Monthly Package Policy: Monthly packages require cancellation with at least one week's notice before the next billing cycle to prevent charges for the subsequent month. For cancellations within the month, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of sessions utilized. Unused sessions will be refunded at a rate of 75% of their cost within the package. Clients wishing to cancel a package must contact our office directly. Exceptions for Emergencies: We acknowledge that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. We will consider exceptions to our policy on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible under these circumstances. Policy Acceptance: By providing a credit card and scheduling an appointment or purchasing a package, clients agree to adhere to this comprehensive policy. ***For any questions or to make changes to your appointment or package, please contact our office directly.***
