& SERVICES

Mental Health Therapy Services
Psychotherapy, also called talk therapy, is a type of mental health treatment. It’s often used either alone or with medications to treat mental disorders. During a psychotherapy session, you talk to a doctor or licensed mental health care professional to identify and change troubling thoughts. Our practice is run by a Licensed mental health professional (LCSW) and can be combined with medication management by a doctor or your personal physician.
Approaches to psychotherapy commonly fall into broad categories or scopes; we offer therapy in each of the following psychodynamic scopes:
-
Psychoanalysis and psychodynamic therapies
-
Behavior therapy
-
Cognitive therapy
-
Humanistic therapy
-
Integrative or holistic therapy

Residential Senior Care
Choosing to seek a senior assisted living arrangement for an aging parent or friend can be a difficult decision, but it is not one that you must face alone. Whether it’s a safety concern, medication management, fall prevention, your loved one’s inability to complete activities of daily living or something else, we understand what you are going through. Our micro-community is specifically designed to look and feel like home. So lean on us, because we are here to help make your decision easier.

Learning Disabilities & Memory Care
Having an occasional lapse in memory is a common part of the aging process. However, when those memory lapses interfere with daily living, it’s crucial to consult a doctor. Learning that an aging parent or loved one is facing a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia can be overwhelming, but it is not something you have to go through alone. Although Alzheimer’s and Dementia are progressive diseases, it doesn’t mean you can’t create great days. We also provide services for autism and down syndrome.

Respite Care
Respite or short-term care is a great option for seniors with short-term and temporary needs for assistance and care. Families and seniors who are unsure if they are ready to take the step forward in Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory Care, can use Respite Care as a glimpse into what living at the WWY Micro-community Village will be like without the long-term commitment.

Veteran Care Warrior Program
As a veteran service member, your longing for public service to others and our great nation never ended. Our Veteran Care Warrior Program (VCWP) helps you to head that calling and continue your service through care to others. This educational job assistance program is a combination of social work, job mentorship, and employment through assistance and care provision. Veterans are taught valuable skills and are paid reasonable wages, as they learn to care for seniors in need of assisted living or respite care.

Use the links above to schedule a tour of our seniors only micro-community, it is aptly titled as the "YYW Senior Village". As we grow, we plan on adding more homes and more "villagers" to build a larger and stronger senior community.
